How often can I have a session?

The frequency of sessions is often discussed during your initial consultation and can be tailored to your individual needs and therapeutic goals. Typically, sessions are held weekly, but this can be adjusted as appropriate.

When will my sessions take place?

I offer sessions both online and in-person, depending on your preference and location. Details about the specific location for in-person sessions will be provided during your initial consultation.
