I offer support for a wide range of concerns, with all sessions lasting 50 minutes. I also provide concessions for students and student counsellors.

50-minute counselling session	Dedicated time with a qualified counsellor to explore your concerns.
Resources and support	Access to helpful resources and, if needed, assistance with onward referrals to other services.
